Soap and Other Obsessions, Living Green and Naturally, was co-authored by Zonella Gould and Sally Trew.  Both authors have been making soap for many years and both own their own businesses. 

Zonella Gould owns a bath and body business that makes all types of products from facial care to body care, plus all kinds of soaps.  She does make special care products when requested.   

Sally Trew owns a supply  business for soap makers that is called www.awbsupplies.com.

In this book,  Zonella, teaches how to improve your soap making by learning to use the soapcalc.net.  Sally leads you through the art of making soap, step by step and teaches how to make your own mineral make-up, lip stick and blushes.

You will also be led through making regular bar soap, liquid soap, cream soaps, shower gels, shampoos, hair conditioners, mineral make-up and much more.  They will get you acquainted in infusing oils, learning about different oils, essential oils.  There is a list of herbal remedies that will give you an idea of what herbs to use to make infused oils to help with different type of skin problems. 

There is also an INCI list so that you will know what to put on your labels to identify all the ingredients in the formulas that you make.  They hope that this will be the reference book that you reach for no matter if you are a novice or an experienced formulator.
